Yleistä
Kaikki osallistujat, myös lapset, täytyy ilmoittaa.
Rekisteröinnin onnistuttua saat automaattisen vahvistuksen. Tarkista tiedot, sinulle myöhemmin lähetettävä lasku perustuu niihin. Laskut maksetaan eräpäivään mennessä, muutoin tilauksen katsotaan peruuntuneen. Mikäli peruutat tilauksesi tai muutat sitä 6.6. jälkeen, emme todennäköisesti voi palauttaa maksamaasi summaa, koska joudumme maksamaan sen Alkio-opistolle. Suositelemme ottamaan matkavakuutuksen.
Alle 18-vuotiaat yksin saapuvat tarvitsevat huoltajansa suostumuksen, josta käy myös selville, kuka toimii heidän huoltajanaan kesäkoulun ajan. Huoltajaa pyydetään lähettämään ao. suostumus osoitteeseen kesakouluilmoittautumiset@bahai.fi.
Osallistumismaksu
Osallistumismaksu, 35 €, peritään kaikilta 24-vuotiailta ja sitä vanhemmilta osallistujilta.
Ateriat
Ruokailussa on alennetut hinnat 7-12-vuotiaille ja 3-6-vuotiaille. Alle 3-vuotiaat ruokailevat ilmaiseksi. Tätä vanhempien lasten ruokailu maksaa saman kuin aikuisille. Huom. että viikonloppuna lounas ja päivällinen maksavat 13-vuotiailta ja sitä vanhemmilta enemmän kun arkipäivänä.

General
Each participant is requested to fill in a separate registration form, also all children.
After submitting the registration you will automatically receive a confirmation. Please check the information because the invoice we'll send you later on will be based on this information. By paying the invoice you confirm the booking. In case the invoice is not paid by the due date the registration is considered cancelled. If you cancel or change your booking details after June 6th we probably won't be able to refund you because we have to pay it to Alkio-opisto. We recommend getting travel insurance.
Minors under 18 years of age arriving alone need their guardian's written permission. You should also inform us who is responsible for your child/youth during the summer school. Please send this information to kesakouluilmoittautumiset@bahai.fi.
Participation fee
All participants 24 years of age or older pay a participation fee of 35 €.
Meals
Reduced meal prices are available for children aged 7-12 and 3-6. Meals are free for under 3-year olds. Children aged 13 and above pay the same meal prices as adults. Note that lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday cost more than on the other days for those aged 13 and above.

Program options
You can choose between two categories of programs. Please read about them first.
Category 1: Programs including service projects.
Category 2: Programs where the service projects are chosen separately.
Please refer to the description for the programs/service projects. The main language is mentioned after the program.
Majoitus
Kategoria 1: sisältää pyyhkeen ja petivaatteet.
Kategoria 2: omat petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Alennettu hinta noin 5 €/hlö/yö.
Hinta määräytyy vuodepaikkojen mukaisesti, eli varatessasi esim. kolmion, maksat jokaisesta huoneessa olevasta sängystä täyden hinnan. Jos haluat varata rivitalon kolmion, jossa on viisi vuodepaikkaa, kolmelle henkilöille, saat laskun viidelle henkilöille. Jos haluat täyttää loput kaksi vuodepaikkaa, ilmoita lisätiedoissa ketkä majoittuvat noilla paikoilla. Lähetettävä lasku voi siis olla korkeampi kuin rekisteröinnin yhteydessä tuleva automaattinen henkilökohtainen vahvistus. Valitettavasti Alkio ei myönnä vuodepaikoilla lapsialennusta. Omilla petivaatteilla lattialla "lisähenkilöinä" nukkuvat lapset majoittuvat ilmaiseksi. Valitse kohta "Lapsi nukkuu lattialla". Voit tilata lapselle patjan tai matkasängyn (sisältää liinavaatteet). Mainitse siitä lisätietona. Matkasängyn tilaus on kertamaksu, ei vuorokausimaksu.
Yhden vuodepaikan kahden hengen huoneesta voi tilata. Voit toivoa tiettyä henkilöä kohdassa "Lisätietoja". Mikäli emme löydä huonetoveria, laskutamme vain yhdestä vuodepaikasta.
Omilla petivaatteilla ja pyyhkeillä yöpyvälle henkilölle on alennettu hinta. Valitse vastaava vaihtoehto!
Rivitaloasunnoissa voi majoittua lemmikin kanssa. Tästä veloitetaan 10 €/vrk.
Jos yövyt karavaanissa, valitse parkkipaikka sähköllä tai ilman sähköä.
Sähköauton latauspiste: Omistaja maksaa latauspalvelun tuottajan sovelluksella.
Voit majoittua myös sunnuntain ja maanantain välisen yön Alkio-opistolla. Huomaathan, että maanantaina ei ole enää tarjolla ruokailuja.
Accommodation
Notice that you will have to choose between 2 categories of accommodation.
Category 1: The bed sheets and a towel are included.
Category 2: You save about 5 € per person per night but must bring your own bed sheet and towel.
Please note that the room price is based on the number of beds available. In the list below, this price is given first. This means that if you e.g. select a triple room with 5 beds for 3 people, you will be charged in the final invoice for 5 persons. If you want to fill the additional 2 beds, you must find the extra persons yourself. Please list their names in the information section below as they will have to register separately. Exception: If you arrive alone, you can select one bed in an Alkio double room, and we will find you a roommate. In case we don't find you a roommate, you will only be charged for 1 bed.
In parenthesis the price per person per night is given. Room price includes towel and bed linen in the alternative option below!
Unfortunately Alkio-opisto does not give lower accommodation prices for children. Children who sleep on the floor as additional persons using their own mattresses and bedclothes can stay free of charge. In this case please mark the selection box "Child on floor". You can order a mattress / baby bed and bed clothes for a fixed price per child by selecting the respective option below. This price is a one-time cost, not per day.
In the apartments (but not in the rooms) you can also bring your pet. This will incur an additional cost of 10 € per day.
If you are staying in a caravan, please select a parking lot with or without a power outlet.
Electrical cars: Charging is paid directly to the service provider via the App.
You can also stay the night of Sunday to Monday at Alkio-opisto. Please note there are no meals served on Monday.
